Complaints Keep Getting Resolved Without Me

It has been two weeks since I was transferred from Shell Broadband and two weeks since I've had a usable Internet connection. At least 4 calls made by me where I went through all the usual things. Finally raised a complaint only to be informed it was closed via text without my input.

 

Then another was opened right after without input. Now a day later I get a call from a manager to say my problem should be dealt with by the migration team not her team so she'll be closing that complaint. 

 

I don't know what to do at this point other than small claims.

All I can advise is to call and ask to speak top the migration team again.
