This long time waiting (over 3 weeks)to fix got me to loggin in here.Engineer which i cancelled due to work showed up anyways on 4/01 i scheduled new visit on 9th...he's unreachable via mobile.Meantime got pm from community that openreach closed my case while i still have fault status on my account.Community rep recommended another visit and fill the for for extra fee!Now why would i pay for another no show and guaranteed 50mb/s when since a month i get barely 10mb/s???Just had a glimpse on other providers when internet was barely working on my home pc and i got instant calls from competition with deals and offers.Been with talktalk nearly 10 years,but it starts to feel like toxic relationship that has to end.I will give this case one more week if my patience,and if i won't see service that i'm paying for it will be good bye.
