Hi,
I'm extremely confused over my talktalk account since it's been moved over to everymail.
I haven't had to pay any money to upgrade my account to keep my email, and only 1 email was sent about everymail taking over from talktalk.
When I am logged into my everymail account I can see any options to pay or see payments, and I'm worried my email will just stop working at some point soon.
Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Hey there, @stephan3. From a TalkTalk point, we've transferred all your payment details to Everymail meaning you are now going to deal directly with Everymail with regards to your paying your email bill.

Had you originally paid Mailplus?
If not, had you left Talktalk but just continued to use webmail?
If you still have Broadband with Talktalk, you shouldn't have been moved over anyway.
Which situation is relevant in your case, @stephan3?
