I have just received a new Wi- Fi Hub( black box) which I have followed the instructions to connect it, but no Internet. I have been without Internet since last night.
Please can anyone help.

Which make/model of router are you trying to use and how does it connect to the broadband/fibre/full fibre line? What does the light show on the router when it fails to connect?
