Connectivity issue on with apps on mobile/console

Hi,

For the last few months, I have been experiencing strange behavior on my broadband connection (using wifi only).  Some apps mostly won't load due to no internet connectivity or 'something went wrong with connection' on mobile (LinkedIn, Instagram, Nintendo parental app) and console (Nintendo).

 

Laptops and TV connectivity are fine. My speed test results are always good.

Need help to identify the problem.

Hi Michelle,

 

For console, connection to Internet was always limited. It got fixed by changing the DNS settings to manual and from auto.

 

Still few apps on mobiles complain about no connection and won't load and not sure about the reason.

Hi Brajesh,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. The stats are showing possible wifi congestion. Does the connection always improve after you have rebooted the router? How often is this happening?
