I’m not sure if I have a contract.
I was a Shell customer and was migrated to Talk talk when my contract was up on 23/7/24.
I was quoted £21 95p at the changeover for a 24 month contract,but have been charged £34 57p for the last three bills.
My broadband Account number is ** removed**
I have tried to resolve this via phone and online.
I will consider switching if this is the lowest price you can come up with.
