Hello,
Ever since I had an openreach engineer turn up out of the blue to connect me to future fiber (which I didn't order or even know about) Im having intermittent drop outs at 11am ish every day.
The router resets by its self (solid white light >off>white and amber light> solid white again until it disconnects again)
After this it will eventually stay connected (stable+fast) for the rest of the day until 11am ish again.
I had this same issue a few months back and a new router was sent out to me which I tried but it didn't cure the problem so I stuck with my original router.
Everything returned to normal until the openreach engineer turned up to fit future fiber and since then the service has been rubbish.
Live chat is a complete waste of time and I just end up going in circles.
Please can someone help with this, at this point I can't wait until my contract
