Hi, My DG8041W has started having a Kernel Panic many times every day. I understand that some users have found that a firmware update to 1.06 (from the current 1.05t) may fix this issue. Please could you help me by supplying this update?
It's become a major problem with loosing connectivity when working from home.
Thank you.
This is an example from the user log:

Thank you Arne and Debbie, the new modem arrived today which was really fast, and is now up and running. Thank you both for your help.

Hi Debbie, Yes please to sending a new router. Do you need me to confirm any further details to organise this?
Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.

Hi DaveCoop
I'm really sorry about this.
We can no longer use firmware version 1.06. We will need to send a different make and model of router. Would you like me to arrange this?
Thanks

Re-escalating this for you, @DaveCoop.

Hi, I hope it's ok to reply to this topic that I created a few months ago.
Since you upgraded my modem firmware from 1.05 to 1.06 it was perfect and didn't get any kernal panics or reboot. But, since last week it's been playing up again. I've just checked the modem information and it's back on 1.05!
Please please please could you put it back onto 1.06 again for me? The constant kernal panics (several times an hour all day) make working from home almost impossible.
Thank you.
