Good Afternoon

 

My router is quite damaged now, I’ve had the same one for the 5 and a half years I’ve been with you guys.

 

Not sure if this is why my WiFi drops out quite a bit. Please can you send a new router out? 

Can I post the old one back for recycling?

Please can you elaborate by answering these questions below.

  1. What make/model of router do you have?
  2. When it drops out, what happens to the light on the front?
  3. Do you have problems with any wired (Ethernet) connections, or is it just wireless ones?
  4. Is there any physical damage to the router on the outside of it?

 

I ask this because if your dropouts are only over WiFi connections, then it is far more likely to be WiFi interference than a faulty router. This is something that I can help a lot with when I know the answers to my questions.
