We are experiencing slow download even after upgrade and line repair by openereach

 

upload speed increases immediately but down load remains around 14 on Fibre 65 package but router indicates 65

 

dies the DLM profile need looking at

Thanks Debbie,  powered down overnight and now geeting over 50mbps.  Many thanks as this had taken me 5 hours of chat with your online representaives who always insist on doing all the testes even though had been done before and they have accces to the account.   You have solved it in 3 messages

Ok no problem. The throughput speed should increase following the 30 minute power down of the router.

ok - will need to do that later as currently we are WFH spo cannot go offline for 30 mins

Thank you. I've checked the connection stats and your line is in sync at 65.5mb.

 

Please can you power down your router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test once the router has been switched back on?
