Could you do a DLM reset for me please? The engineer fixed a couple of faults on the line the other day but it's still a bit slow.

Staff can't, but leave your router on continuously for the foreseeable, @marqous.
After the engineer, it may take several days to settle down, and as long as there are no disconnections, speeds should improve.
