Good afternoon.
Seems like my issue is related to many others mentioned on this forum.
It seems like during long weekend firmware on my Sagem Fast 5364 has been updated? (last night - no internet for 30min) and since then I can't use remote access and other services.
Please advise.

I can confirm - I still experiencing same issue
I soft reseted the router yesterday but same story. Seems like ports are open but remote access still doesnt work.

Hi I use port forwarding on 80 and 443 for duckdns to remotely access internal device.

Yes, this new firmware has been causing VPN related issues for many people, the support team here will be able to help when they are back tomorrow.
If you could confirm exactly what isn't working for you (i.e. what VPN/Remote Access software you are trying to use etc.) then that will help the support team make the appropriate changes to your router.
