Hi, I've been unable to access my employers VPN since Friday. 

 

I've not changed any settings and my employer advised the issue is likely with my Talktalk router - can you please help me with this?

I've started  the firmware update, it should complete in a few minutes

OK, we'll do this now, it's will take up to 20 minutes to complete, please don't reboot your router
