Devices struggling to connect to wifi

I have a Sagemcom Fast 5364 hub and over the last few days certain devices have struggled to connect to the wifi whilst others have been ok. A line test has been fine, we have powered off and on again numerous times and the situation is getting worse.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Debbie 

The new router was delivered today. I've set it up and normal service has resumed.  We now have our WiFi back on all devices. Shall I return the faulty one in the returns envelope?

The replacement router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Yes please send me a replacement router to test. The current one is still only flashing orange with no Internet at all.

Hiya. Since early hours this morning my Internet has been messing around same with onlt certain things connecting and then a few hours late after i turned power off and back on i can no longer get it to work and it just flashes orange continuously.

By way of an update, powering off and on no longer reboots the modem. Now all I have is a flashing orange light and no Internet at all. Does this sound like the modem is faulty?
