Hi,
I have cancelled my service but have not received a returns bag. I have now left the propertyand do not have access to the mailbox. Please could you send returns bag to my a new address?

You need to go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information.
Add your Talktalk phone number or account number here.
Near the end of this area, scroll down to Private Notes and put your NEW address details in there.
Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will respond during the day, Monday to Friday.
