I do not see the option to turn it off.
Where exactly is it?

Hi Eggtastico

as Keith advises, it can be turned off from your end.  We turn this off remotely but if the router is ever reset it can turn back on, so you should turn it off from the router UI.

Thanks

Karl.

On V130, you can disable it yourself. Log into the router & go to:-

Dashboard > Manage my devices > Manage Advanced Settings > Access Control > Port Forwarding

Set Enable UPnP Igd to Off

NAT showing as disabled is just a bug, nothing more. If your ports are open then NAT is enabled.

I dont actually see a firmware version, only software version :-

Hardware Version FAST5364 3.00

Software Version SG4K10002816t

GUI Version 3.7.8

Hmmm & why is NAT disabled?

NAT DISABLED

I have forwarded some ports & checking, they do seem to be open.

I still need uPnP disabled though.

You can only do this from firmware V130, what firmware do you have currently?
