My service has been disconnected when i called up to say I was moving house. This was done before the date in which I move, which is the 28/6/24 and have been told that my service has been ceased and that I have to speak to sales to reinstate it when they have messed up.
Has this happened to anyone else and what happened?

Once the service has been cancelled its not possible to re-instate it without a new order

I have seen this error reported before, @BenjaminNais.
Staff will reply during the day to look into it.
