I have been informed by SKY that there is a problem as you have not fully disconnected our service. Please could you do that as soon as possible.

They don't contact you has promised just get passed from person to person who clearly don't have a clue what there on about

Usually you are advised to contact Talktalk directly, despite all the promises of switching dealing with things.

 

You'll need to contact Talktalk directly during the day, @Andrew118.
