i keep getting this message whenever I try to test my broadband

I moved over from Shell and had keep getting issues since

Hello,

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

Been live for a couple of months, tried on different browsers as well as my phone. Tried the link you sent
