My talktalk contract is coming to an end and when I log into my account I am being offered a fast broadband deal like I had but when I click onto the renew now button nothing happens. Has anyone got any thoughts on this.

It could be pop up blockers in the browser causing the issue in My Account. 

 

The best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088, they will be able to see what options are available.

There are lots of faults with My Account. 

 

Simply phone Talktalk or use Chat to negotiate your deal and ensure that there are no unwanted extras, @Fred76--.
