Hi silverbird63
Just to add that the notification had to be sent to you and should not be ignored because it is setting the price you'll pay for the Boost when your 100% discount period ends, just as ferguson indicated. Previously you would have been given the current pre-increase pricing as what you'd pay when your 100% discount period ends.

They do have an obligation to notify customers of price changes, even if they may not apply immediately. Personally, I got an email, although a number of people have reported getting a letter which does seem a tad wasteful in this day and age, but there we go.

Thank you for the clarity. Yes I agree why even waste the paper and send . Oh well who knows👍🤣

It is a standard letter going out to all customers advising them of the Boost price increase. It would have been helpful if it had mentioned there what it says on the website. But yes, if you are currently on a free offer you can disregard it, until the offer period expires of course.

Thanks so the letter was an error.the actual contract reads all calls free for 18months. So just disregard letter then?
