I have problems with broadband, it wont be fixed until next week. Total of 15 days with no connection. However when I ring up I have to try 3 or 4 times to find someone willing to help me as I have forgotten telephone password. I go to reset it on here but do not receive the email link to reset ( Not in junk either ) I am working from my work mobile personal hot spot in order to access email. I expect to be leaving Talk Talk after all these problems, but they say they are unable to make any changes without the password. Why is the email not coming through to reset ? Also why is live chat not working on here ?

To reset / change a telephone password, you do this within MY Account online, so no email is required to reset this.
The live chat options may not show on the page if you have a pop up blocker enabled, Disabling this or whitelisting the page will show the live chat option.
