I have tried on multiple occasions over the phone to cancel my account with you and each time I am told to call back on another date with various reasons given each time. This is unacceptable. I am not within a contract period. My last payment was 25-04-2023. I have tried cancelling in advance of this with zero success to date.
As of this date this is an official and formal request to completely close my account and remove all personal data as per my right to be forgotten.
I am cancelling my direct debit with immediate effect and I expect to receive a bill for outstanding fees up to todays date.
Leaving this here as no other method appears to be working. This has been going on for weeks and weeks.
Today I just about managed to hear someone on the other end of what I can only assume is the cheapest VOIP system tendered and was told cancellation will take up to mid June to process. Which I assume was a joke from a bored customer service rep.
I am self employed and have so far spent multiple hours on this. Any future correspondence outside of simply confirming my cancellation as of todays date will incur administration charges of £100 per hour (one hour minimum charge).

Unfortunately cancellations cannot be processed vie the community they must be done via the loyalty team on 03451720088.
