HG633 router

I've been a TalkTalk customer for many years and have had the same HG633 router since joining. 

 

In the last 6 months my connection just “dies” This can be I the middle of making an order on line or ending an email 

 

I contacted Talk talk on 4th Jan and again 3 x on 6th Jan. Each time the person answering my call acknowledged that I had a very old router but their IT system was down so call again.

Called yesterday 7th Jan and went through the usual frustrating algorithm questions only then to be transferred to them calling my mobile 

This was treated as a new enquiry so the lady started the algorithms again. 

This included asking for medical information and trying to sell me another package. 

I said I don't want another package just a replacement for my very old HG633.

I wont go into details but as the call was recorded Talk Talk can listen to how it progressed

 

Who can I contact to have a real conversation about replacing a very old piece of equipment provided by Talk Talk over 10 years ago??
