I, like many others, have received the Equipment Update email with regard to discontinuation of software and security updates for my router.
In accordance with advice on this website
"Which devices are no longer supported? Please note that these devices are now unsupported. If your device is on this list, you can contact us to upgrade to a newer device if you wish."
I DO wish to upgrade to a newer device and would appreciate this happening. I have not long renewed my contract (28 January 2025) with TalkTalk and none of this was mentioned at the time.
