Haven't received a returns bag since finishing TalkTalk contract

Good evening TalkTalk.

I would like to return my TalkTalk equipment but I have not received a returns bag in the post. I was not the account holder (they have moved out) but I can supply the address and former account holder's name.

Yes the contract has been terminated over one month ago and I have switched to a new provider.

Hi @oscillating_octopus has the contract even been terminated? 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
