The NTE 5c has a test socket, to access it you have to remove the faceplate of the socket

Btw, broadband test from TalkTalk shows me that message 'It looks like your broadband isn't quite meeting your demands'. So it's nothing changed.

My apologies. I think it was test socket, but is something different one. So it's only one socket.

Hi,
Thanks for confirming. Do any of the lights change on the router when this happens? Does your main socket have a test socket please? Is there any noise on the voice service?
Thanks

Hi,
Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and I can see 1 re-connection in the last 4 days. Can I just confirm, are you connected wired or wireless when this happens please?
Thanks

Hello,
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
