Hi. I have recently come over to talk talk from sky. We have a ring doorbell and security cameras. When I plug the cable into the router for the cameras, the ring doorbell stops connecting and I am unable to reinstall it. Other devices in the house struggle to connect also. As soon as I unplug the camera cable I can reinstall the ring doorbell and the other devices work fine. It was never an issue with the sky router. I am on the Fibre 65 package which is a better package than I was on previously with sky. Any ideas of how to fix this?

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the router has the latest version of firmware. Have you tried separating the SSID's?
