I have had TalkTalk broadband for 6ish months now, however just two days ago the router has decided to pack in and constantly flash orange. All tests tried, no joy. Can anybody suggest how I go about ordering a replacement router please?

After an initial weekend and allowing Talktalk 2 working days.... it's calculated after resolution of the issue, so will also be affected by whether simply replacing the router is enough to solve the problem, @Sjxox.

Thank you Debbie. I haven’t had internet since Saturday. I have been without internet for 4 days currently, will I be entitled to compensation?
