How to swap what broadband package I am on instead of renewing my current one

If you change your package this will put you in a new contract, as the price will be different. call the loyalty team on 03451720088 they will be able to help

Hi @Gracieadam your options should be visible in "My account" but before accepting anything I strongly suggest a phone call to 03451720088 and using whatever tactics you chose negotiate a better deal than you are offered. If at first you don't succeed remember there is always a better deal. 🤫
