Does anyone have an email that they can share that i could use to chase up a complaint please?

Talk Talk have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, even worse than Ryanair and thats saying something!

 

In the space of a week all i have tried to do is change from slow broadband to fibre 35, no new cables or router required, just a simple upgrade.

 

So far, agents that clearly need retraining have proceesed the order, cancelled the order, processed a new order for the wrong package, cancelled an order, told me go live date would be last friday now it they dont know when it is live. Complaints call and cut me off and then it takes hours to try and get back through.

 

How on earth can you get things so completely messed up?

 

Now apparently I have to wait until wednesday ( 2 days from now) for someone in complaints to call me..... so that adds another 2 days on to the wait and then when they process the order it will be another 10 days from then.

 

So all up probably about 3 weeks to press a button and change from one package to another.

 

Absolute incompetence.

There is a cease on the line, so another provider cannot takeover a line that is being cancelled. The cease would need to be stopped and then Vodafone can place a takeover order.

Hi

 

it is 5:30pm on the 10th and I have checked all spam and email inboxes and no email from you .

 

also can you confirm why you have rejected my takeover request from Vodafone today.

 

Also, I have yet to hear from the SARS team. Please escalate.

Hello.

 

i still haven’t had any cease paperwork through confirming that you will waive the termination fee as agreed on a call

on Saturday.

 

As I dont trust your company I would like copies of phone calls and transcripts /web chats as per my SAR request.

 

This will be evidence of what we have agreed and how awful your customer service is.

 

Please can you send me a proper confirmation email that my contract will finish on 13th Sep and no fees are due like I was told would happen on Saturday but still hasn’t? (And it’s Monday evening)

 

Is there anything that TALKTALK gets right first time or does every single query/transaction require 3 or 4 follow up attempts to get things right? So infuriating…

I can see that there is a cease going through on your account due to complete 13.09.

 

In relation to the SAR request is there specific information that you are requesting ?

Michelle, it says you are a member of staff? Sorry to hear that. If you’ve ever been a customer trying to get through to talk talk you would know you have more chance of flying to the moon

 

I’ve also emailed your concerns email and CEO whose email is online. I’ve also put in a SAR request. That is a legal deadline you need to keep so it would be good if you could get someone to contact me asap about complaint ref 739318

There is a complaints procedure linked at the foot of any Talktalk page, @maroochydazza.
