In new flat I get "you do not have permission to view this directory or page"

I moved to a new flat, the broadband was supposed to be enabled yesterday (28/01). There was a phone engineer here who checked the phone line and said it is fine. The light on the router is white. However, after joining the network I'm prompted to sign in which takes me to a page that shows the message "you do not have permission to view this directory or page".

I ran a test through your site and it says the connection is fine.

Please advise.

Hi George15274

Sorry for the delay. Has this been working ok since your last post?

Thanks

Leaving the router off for 30 minutes and reconnecting fixed it.

Thank you

I received that notification yesterday.

I cannot dial that number because I am not using a landline phone.

I will turn it off for 30 minutes and see if that fixes it.

That is normally an authentication issue at the TT end, have you received notification that your service went live ?

Does dialing 17070 get a readback of your allocated phone number ?

Have you tried leaving the router off for 30 minutes and then reconnecting ?
