The team came for the installation on November 11th. The installation could not be completed because for a technical reason the service light on the box was not lit. The technical team said that they would stop by or call again during the day, but no one reached out. We've been trying to reach someone since Friday. We tried over the phone, e-mail, account and could not find a solution from any of them. There were hours of waiting and calling on the phone. The only thing they say is we can't reach the technical team. We don't have internet, we can't reach the technical team or anyone in charge, and the only number that can be called is just waiting for hours. How can I cancel the TalkTalk before the first 30-day period expires, because dealing with a service that is impossible to reach for every problem is harmful to human health.

I'm really sorry to hear this. Was this a FTTP/Future Fibre connection? Do you have a FTTP order number? Please can you add this and your name to your Community Profile. Please do not post any personal information on the Community.

Simply to cancel, you must phone, @gunal.
They are not open on Sundays. Available 9am-7pm Monday to Friday, till 6pm on Saturdays.
