I’ve been waiting since 10 October for installation and the date keeps getting put. Sick by Openreach. When talking to TalkTalk they just provide an update giving a new date. We’ve been told that we will get compensation but at this point we just want to know if realistically the broadband will be installed or are they waiting for us to cancel.

Hi @GCrute sadly TalkTalk get what they are given and are in the hands of the installers. If it is any consolation you at least have a date which keeps changing, in my part of Norfolk we don't even have a date.
Cancelling would only put you with another supplier using the same infrastructure in most cases.
