Hello, I had an internet upgrade copper wires and they fit a new box and I have the old box, can I send that back for recycling? Thanks

@Bethanymay1992, I'll re-escalate this thread for attention from staff, but it's very important that you follow instructions more carefully, for your own security. 

 

Never post sensitive information on the public thread.

 

You need to go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu....add the account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

You posted this in the Email section, but it is more of a general Broadband matter. I am not sure which "box" you mean? Assuming it was a replacement router the support team can send out a returns bag for you.

 

Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
