Over the last few days my internet has been constantly dropping in and out and slow speeds when it is connected. I have tried different routers and changing channels etc. When using the service centre to check service status it says it looks like you have a problem with your broadband asks for mobile number whilst they carry out tests but the just keeps going back to the same screen constantly.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which has detected a possible fault. Is the router currently connected at the test socket?
