Hi there,
My Internet cuts out at 12 midnight like clockwork every Sunday evening. It’s usually out for at least an hour, then seems to work again. This is extremely inconvenient for me, I can see some blog posts on here that are similar, but clearly the issue still exists. Can this be fixed once and for all please?

Hi Debbie,
I can see that this was automatically switched on. I have switched this off, hopefully the problem will be resolved, I will check next Sunday to see if the issue persist or not.

Please can you log into My Account and check to see if HomeSafe/KidsSafe has been switched on?

Check HOMEWORK TIME is OFF in the Homesafe settings.
