My internet stops every night after 11:00pm. When i run the health checks it says the connection is great. None of my devices can connect after this time. When you try and get assistance it is not possible because the helpline/ chats are not avilable at that time. Its as if they shut down over night. Why dont i have 24 hour access?!

I'm having exactly the same problem on my tv upstairs. Works fine in the morning but is either not connecting or buffers constantly. The Alexas don't work either. The speed test are run during the day so are always fine.
There answer was to sellme Eero6, i still have exactly the same problem and mow they are saying I need to pay more money for and extra Eero. Fuming.
