Since around 12pm there is no Internet in my area. Anyone else experiencing any issue? How do I report this?

Apologies. We have a network issue across the Northwest, affecting Manchester and surrounding areas. I believe this was linked to a power failure, however services are starting to return slowly. Our Teams are working on this currently and I'm just waiting for more information.

Yeah the message I have received from them on chat is saying it might not be fixed until Friday? Surely that can't be right?

I have the same problems since approximately 12pm, I am in M28 area.
Looks to be a TalkTalk problem in their access or core network.
I have ran a check and they have said they are working on a fault.
