Hi, I keep having re-occurring issues with my broadband disconnecting then reconnecting a few minutes later.
I had an engineer visit before Christmas who did some work on the box outside on the street and did something with the cables there because of the same issue I am experiencing this week.
I’ve tried switching the box on and off several times but it’s really frustrating trying to watch streamed television and it keeps cutting out.

It’s fine as I had to contact customer service over the weekend. Issue seems to be resolved now.

I have a similar problem my internet keeps dropping had engineer come in put in a new face plate but didn't do much. I had a line issue couple weeks ago where I was out of Internet for 4 days. Now my router light stays white but my devices say connected without Internet have talked to live chat and call centre no real help
