Hi am just wondering if someone in here can help me cancel my contract please Everytime am on the phone I keep getting hung up on and doing live chat I keep getting passed backwards and forwards

Cancellations can only be done via the loyalty team,  So you are aware you are still in contract so there will be cancellation fees.

Sorry but cancellations can only be done over the phone. Even if you use live chat TalkTalk will want to phone you, so its best for you to phone and be specific that you want to speak to the Loyalty Team or Cancellations team.
