Hi like in the topic , is there a way to obtain static ip address ?
at the moment every 12 hour or so it changes to a new one which messing up my domain
redirections. Trying to host a server for game to play with friends.

It's free and you don't get spam. Use option 1 unless you already own a registered domain name.
As @Karl-TalkTalk has said, there's lots of guides out there. You can always ask here if you get stuck.

there are many guides on the internet, or youtube.
There are services such as duckdns etc, check out a few youtube videos for tips.

static ip addresses are only available to business customers, you will find very few residential providers that offer a static IP.
