Hey. Been having trouble connecting to my work VPN since yesterday. Can't even ping the IP. Seems like others have been experiencing the same issue and it was down to a firmware problem

I tried to speak to someone on live chat but they said everything looked ok. I'm not convinced. Would someone be able to have a look please and maybe apply a fix as you've done in the thread above? Thanks!

I will need to update the firmware, when would be the best time for us to do this? The router will need to be left switched on without being rebooted.
