I have made several calls to TalkTalk for a week now explaining that I have no telephone or internet. I keep getting put on hold whilst the Technical Team speaks with Open Reach Team as it’s an external problem. Every time I call, I get told an Open Reach Engineer will contact me and be out within 2 days. This has been going on for a whole week but nothing is happening. My kids have to do homework online and I am having to pay for mobile data. I cannot leave the house as the family need the phone line. TalkTalk are not giving me a straight answers, I feel helpless and they have seriously let me down!

This is exactly the same problem I have with TalkTalk.
I cannot pay bills online or receive or make calls from my home phone.
This has been going on for at least a week with my internet - while my phone has a dial tone but disconnects from the exchange when attempting to call out.
I am currently using a friend’s internet connection as I have already paid around £100 in data charges.
