I was one of the many that got taken over from Shell Energy, has anyone else noticed a drop in speed?

If you can't get My Account to open you have two options:

 

Phoning....

Or bank transfer:

It can take up to 7 days for the bank transfer to show in My Account. 

 

This is where setting up a Direct Debit would be helpful in any similar future situation, @Emdalel.
