When you pick this up later, just let me know the make / model of the phone and what version of android or IOS it is running.

I need to go out now till early afternoon....can I pick this chat up later? Yesterday TalkTalk checked all my connections and all ok. It seems to be a password problem, so I changed my password but no joy

Yes, my phone connects with all other wifi, and for the last few weeks has picked up my neighbour's wifi in preference to mine! Also I am currently typing this on my laptop which is connected to my talktalk wifi just fine.
