So I’ve recently moved home and was told that an engineer would be coming to my home today, 2/9/24. I’ve waited in all day and no one turned up. When I’ve checked they’ve said it was between 1-6 pm that this person was supposed to arrive but they didn’t bother.
Now on Friday just past, I was told that they’ve booked the job too early and I would have to wait TWO WEEKS WITHOUT INTERNET! I am 8 months pregnant and have a 5 year old child which I tried to explain to the woman on the phone and she just kept talking over me and just being extremely rude for no reason, when I eventually lost my temper at her vile attitude she hung up on me. I’ve tried every single day to get through to customer service but the robot just asks a few questions and tells you to go online then hangs up. Where you’re then referred to another bot and told to wait around all day to actually speak to a real person. It’s flipping joke. It’s 2024 people should not have to live like this! Once my next payday comes through I’m leaving this provider they are utterly disgusting and do not care about their vulnerable customers.
