I will be moving house on January 14th 2023.
if you can please let me know what the next steps are to ensure I have broadband when I move.

You can arrange a home move online via My Account or give our Teams a call and ask to be transferred to the Home Move Team. They can discuss options with you, check the new address to see what services are available at the new address etc.
