I want to know the details of my account. What is my package please.  My bill has increased a lot and I would like to know why this has happened.

You had a discount for the anytime calls boost which ended in February this year, so you are being charged full price for the calls boost.

 

Are you able to log into My Account, your bill is fully itemized.
