My broadband power pack replacement not arrived since 5 days

Hello, I have a replacement power pack for my broadband ordered on 23/11/24 and was told it will arrived in 48hrs.

 

I am yet to receive it and no idea of when it I should expect it. Can I get advise please?

We are unable to send just the power pack (power cables) for the router. I will need to order a new router for you, would you like me to arrange this?

I've edited your post to remove the personal information, please can you only add this to your Community Profile.

 

If you click on your Community username, then click view user settings, personal information. 

 

Once you've added the details to your Community Profile, please click the save changes button at the bottom of the page.

I already chatted someone on 23/11/24 who went through all the checks and all before continue that I need a replacement for my power adaptor. I did a check with a friend who uses same and confirmed it's my adaptor that is bad. I was told I should have it by now. Just wish to confirm if it's sent out already or not

What kind of power pack do you mean? Router power adapters are not supplied separately, you will need a whole replacement kit.

 

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
